Lord Norvaire,
now count of Ghoried, discovers that
his modest keep was built on the ruins of a much larger imperial stronghold. In
fact his keep now consists of part of one of he old guard towers. Underneath
current keep there lies a series of abandoned rooms and tunnels.Old retainers advised that the
last count’s father had the old cellars sealed off as all manner of creatures
had taken up residence there however during their recent occupation the
Spiderfell troops had opened the cellars seeking loot.
Lord Norvaire,
rather than simply sealing them up again decides on a more dangerous option -
he begins the process of “clearing out the cellar”.
Fox The
Moonrunner met his end in the clutches
of a cloaker in one of the cellar rooms.
The party was
joined by Prince Stern Morgunson (who
had been a guest of the old Count), unfortunately he too met a sudden violent end.
